Earthing Body Voltage Test
This video shows the measure of Body Voltage during the Earthing Multimeter Test as one of the benefits of walking barefoot (Earthing in Nature) called "Umbrella Effect", to protect us from the modern environment and prevent future health issues.
Something important to highlight is that every environment we are located (example: work, house, etc) has a different Voltage Value, so from this video the important data you can use is the % reduction values as benchmark when you do Earthing in Nature.
Currently, in our Modern Life, we are exposed to "environmental challenges" that create "Free Radicals", and that will affect our health in the future. Is better to prevent and do something now: Earthing is a good alternative to defend ourselves using the energy of Mother Earth/Universe.
There are many changes that occur when you are grounded with the Mother Earth. The science-backed benefits of Earthing are many, the main 2 are: reduced internal inflammations, Umbrella Effect, etc.
