How to Use Dimensions
In this video we are going to look at how to use dimensions by posting a journal with dimensional tags, then review the ways we can report the dimensional data within Financials for Office 365.
A dimension is data that you can add to an entry as a kind of marker so that the program can group entries with similar characteristics and easily retrieve these groups for analysis purposes.
Dimensions can be used throughout the program on entries in journals and documents, as well as budgets.
