In this course, Jorge Barrero from Gensler will show you how to create beautiful renderings with Vray for 3ds Max.
We went through and applied a material to every single object. At this point, the best thing is to go back, go to our camera. We have our lighting set up, our camera is set up, and now we have our material set up. At least in a first-pass basis for everything so we can render and take a look at the results now. Keep in mind we've been rendering with the material override. So this is probably the right time to get out of that, we don't need it anymore, we now have materials. So if I go to my render setup, under V-Ray global switches, here is my material override, make sure you uncheck that. And so now, the V-Ray materials will show up.
The other thing just to double check, let's take a quick peek at our exposure. I think for a sunny day, I think we want that to be a 125 shutter speed but other than that, I think we are good to go. And so, we're starting to get closer to where we want to be. There's still a few pieces that I think need a slightly different adjustment on material assignment but for the most part it's a great first pass, I think this is heading in the right direction.
