PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Billy would be 50 years old today. He is described as a caucasian male, 6 ft tall and weighing around 200 lbs. At the time he went missing he had short brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a blue cross outlined in orange on his left shoulder, and a tattoo of a cross with the name "Pruitt" inside on his right forearm.
