Time Man's clock tower had some challenging parts: On one hand you had to line up the holes which you could fall into, on the other hand there's currently no good replacement for the pendulums. I decided to use the pendulum-like objects from Megaman 5 instead. Most of them can be easily avoided by walking underneath them, but you can still try to jump over them, which is probably just as hard as in the original. Surprisingly, Time Man's stage didn't feature any purple tiles and backgrounds as his supposed retro tiles (also featured in Powered Up) would imply.
