Fixing Cracked and Torn leather in a f250 7.3 Powerstroke
The best way I found to fixing ripped or cracked leather is simply replacing it. Just order your part for your common vehicle on the interwebs. If it's a rare vehicle like a type of Mercedes or what have you then you're screwed. You'll probably have to find someone who knows that they're doing to reupholster it.
