Strawberry Jam, But Make It SMOKY
Summer Smokey strawberry jam
For this recipe I used -
400g strawberries
100g rhubarb
500g sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
2 teaspoons seeded vanilla paste
Heat together till sugar is dissolved then turn up the heat and boils for 10 minuets till 105c
And set in a clean sterilised jar
For a Smokey flavour cook over fire #jam
