At first download the apps from Google play store https://goo.gl/QXipNu then download themes from this apps. Or download theme from any other websites.
Then open the "Files" application & copy the downloaded themes & paste it into "hwthemes" folder. Create the "hwthemes" folder if it didn't have.
Now open the "themes" application. You will see the downloaded themes here. To install theme click on any theme then click the apply button. It takes a few seconds.
