After 2 years and 6 months the case has finally come to an end.
We got the result we wanted and that was anything OTHER THAN A BAN on filming in public.
We have been given a 5 year CBO but only limited to filming direct on property of a Police station or a prison.
We are extremely happy with the outcome, we can continue in what we do and nothing has changed.
