my brother and Daniel had just finished work and waiting for myself to arrive when I got a phone call from Daniel telling me the to pcso's have just stopped him outside Bradford city hall.
they had stopped him simply because he was painting his phone in their direction it seems the PCSO progress to attempt to remove Daniel's phone from his hand and also made an attempt to take my brother declan's phone out of his hand and fail twice however on the second attempt at taking Daniel's phone he was successful but to his shock Daniel actually wrestled and took his phone back from the PCSO.
police constable then arrived and asked Daniel to provide his name under section 50 of the police reform act claiming he had called the police officer filth and therefore was acting in an anti-social behaviour manner.
after the threat of arrest was issued to Daniel I advised him that he should provide his details under duress and the threat of a rest simply to avoid being locked up for the night because we didn't have plans.
