In this video I cover the findings of a few papers on "go touch grass" or rather the concept of nature therapy and wellbeing and relating it to nature exposure. Is it more than just an insult?
I got the idea to make the video after listening to a Masters in Business podcast with Harin Da Silva- he said his current go to book was "The Well Gardened Mind" and I wanted to share some data and my own experience with gardening and some real life application of "Touching Grass". The common online insult is used to shut down conversations but might actually be good advice... It's a departure from my usual videos but I hope you all can provide some feedback and share your own experiences with us.
