In this video I try (and fail, it occassionally happens) to find the elusive unused JavaScript from my web.dev and GT Metrix reports.
This JS is courtesy of the AMP Project who have yet toi reply to my query regarding how to solve this. Once they update me and we get the answer I will do a video to show you how to get rid of it. We shall then see our performance scores settle constantly in the 90s. At the minute it fluctuates between the 80s & 90s.
If we get our site structure fully optimised before we start to build then the plugins and themes that we install may (and I stress may if the correct plugins are used. If you overload with plugins especially heavy ones then your scores will plummet, FREEFALL!)
In the increase max upload size video we see that Yoast SEO is active and in use and the web.devf scores are at 100 for all 4. Proving undoubtedly that Yoast has no negative effect on your site.
Any questions or comments I will answer as soon as possible.
As always, stay safe
