(Re)discover this unique exchange between photographer Nora Rupp, whose exhibition "A Body of One's Own" is on display at HEP Vaud, and Julie Beauzac, art historian and creator of the podcast "Did Venus Shave Her Pubic Hair?" A roundtable discussion co-organized by the cultural mediation service and the IPE (Institute for the Promotion of Equality) for International Women's Day, scripted and moderated by Marie Bagi, PhD in art history, student at HEP Vaud, and founder of Espace Artistes Femmes in Lausanne.

Thanks to Marie Bagi, the discussion flowed freely and openly among the participants, questioning the roles assigned to women in history and their invisibility in art history. Thank you to Julie Beauzac for her sharp wit and her contribution as an art historian, who brings a keen eye to both ancient works and recent images. Finally, thank you to Nora Rupp for sharing her artistic journey and her reflections on the challenges of balancing work and personal life in a patriarchal society, which demonstrate great strength.
