Hinter dem Projekt LOOMEC steht das Wiener Duo Stefan Poiss (mind.in.a.box und THYX) und Martin Mejzlik. Ihre Musik definiert sich als Elektro-Pop, in dem sich öfters auch rockige Einflüsse wiederfinden. Die deutsch-englischen Texte „melangeieren" mit Wortwitz, scharfer Zunge und der typischen Wiener Melancholie. LOOMEC ist nicht nur der Name des Projekts und der Band, sondern steht auch für die Lebenseinstellung der beiden Künstler. LOOMEC zeigt uns etwas Neues. LOOMEC weist uns mit einer Mischung aus Humor, klaren Statements und manchmal auch erst durch die Inszenierung des Gegenteils darauf hin, dass wir mehr Freude im Herzen tragen sollten. The Viennese duo Stefan Poiss (mind.in.a.box and THYX) and Martin Mejzlik are the band members behind the project LOOMEC. Their music could be best described as Electro-Pop with rocking influences. The lyrics are changing between German and English, including pun, a sharp tongue and the typical Viennese melancholy. LOOMEC is not only the name of the project. It is also an attitude to life of both band members. LOOMEC show us new things. LOOMEC indicates with a special mix of humour, clear statements and sometimes only with the staging of the contrary, that we should have more joy in our hearts. The theme: We will find the good!
