Go to the Adventurers’ Guild and listen to their report.
Report to Kaeya.
8:03 2. Mystery of the Arcadian Ruins
Meet with the informant at the designated location marked on map.
Defeat the opponents attacking the informant.
Talk to the informant.
Solve the mystery (Go to Kaeya at the Knights of Favonius HQ for a hint)
-- Obtained Treasure Clue (I) - On top of the windmill that sits in front of the house on the right
Look for the location in the riddle
Discuss your next step with Paimon

Use the map to find the buried treasure
Teleport to Wind Windwail Highland Waypoint (small lake nearest the shore) then climb the cliff to the left of the waterfall. Above, there will be 3 frost totems, use Kaeya’s freeze to activate them. Open the chest to reveal a map.

Use the map to find the buried treasure
Enter the depths of the ruin
Defeat 0/6 opponents in 60 seconds
Defeat the Ruin Guard and 2 Hilichurls.
Watch the cutscene, collect the rewards, then exit the ruin.
