Build-a-Quaggan (7AP 1MP)
Collect materials for the kodan of Forager's Hunt to make their own stuffed toys.
Pre-requisite: Chapter 8: Finding Balance

0:20 1. Speak with Chilly Tarn. You may be able to find her at Forager's Hunt.
Chilly Tarn is just south of the Forager's Hunt Waypoint [&BLcOAAA=]
0:31 2. Gather weavable plant fibers. Some say they grow only near rivers that run with blood.
Plant Fibers can be found in the river north of The First Bloodtree PoI [&BO8OAAA=]
1:03 3. Find some form of stuffing. Gendarran Fields is Tyria's largest producer of wool.
Go to Provern Shore Waypoint [&BOQAAAA=] in Gendarran Fields. Head east, past the Roller Beetle Time Trial and talk to the Farmer. Interact with the nearby Extra-Fluffy Longhorn Sheep to collect 5 Wool Balls.
1:47 4. Find a mechanical frame. Where might inventors gather?
Go to Apprentice Waypoint [&BLcEAAA=] in Rata Sum. Head east and talk to Apprentice Relyor. Answer the questions correctly (Quaggan, Divinity's Reach, Kralkatorrik) to acquire a Mechanical Frame.
2:39 5. Talk with kodan cubs about the coolest toys. These four cubs love to chat around the local watering hole.
The four cubs (Gentle Breeze, Growing Rain, Laughing Brook and Peeking Sunrise) can be found around the lake at Loch Lucent [&BLUOAAA=]
3:35 6. Find a small pair of wings. Check the hinterlands, where flying things are born.
Go to Arca Waypoint [&BLIAAAA=] in Harathi Hinterlands. Head east to the harp[ies area and interact with the Toy Wings.
3:58 7. Find a squeaker. A new merchant in one of Tyria's largest cities might have one of these for sale.
From Dwayna Waypoint [&BCMDAAA=] in Divinity's Reach, head north until you find the Curious Merchant. Purchase a Squeaker for 20 Ursus Oblige.
4:39 8. Choose a rock for a heart. These can be found where the hills echo and the current carries the salty tang of seawater.
East of Sanguine Crater Waypoint [&BCwPAAA=]. Interact with a rock in the river.
5:04 9. Return to Forager's Hunt—it's time to make a new Mr. Quiggles!
