The Close and Account commands in the File menu of Microsoft Word allow you to close your document and sign out of your Microsoft account.

Close Command:

The Close command closes the current Word document. If you have made any changes to the document since the last time you saved it, Word will prompt you to save your changes before closing the document.

Account Command:

The Account command opens a dialog box where you can view your account information, manage your subscriptions, and sign out of your Microsoft account.
