Tuesday TOESday tip: Face Cradle Draping
An "oldie" but a goodie: how you could use a pillowcase as a face cradle cover that doubles as a face mask for your client. With this trick, during massages provided while the COVID19 pandemic is still active, your clients could choose to remove their own PPE face mask while laying prone... and then they would just put their mask back on when you flip them into sidelying or supine.
(This trick feels like an oldie only because this has been the L-O-N-G-E-S-T 18 months of our careers, it seems sometimes, and I know this tip has been shared by a number of other LMTs and educators in our field.
