How to install IKMAX without error on MAYA 2022

1- Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2022/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 934: (IKMAX)
2- ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pymel' in maya 2022
