Wreath Laying Ceremony - Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - Arlington Cemetery
I went on the 8th grade school trip with my daughter to Washington DC. We saw many wonderful historical sites, but the highlight of this trip for me, was watching my daughter lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. What a great honor this was for her, and yes, me too. I was so very proud of her. This ceremony is time honored and a very rare opportunity for anyone to experience.
