Fabiane, responsible for #Leadership and #Culture, developed the "Learning Leadership at Trusted Shops" training program for all our team leads. Exciting trainings, inputs, insights, initiatives and our mentoring program support them in understanding the individual needs of (hybrid) teams. They learn to react flexibly to challenges and to communicate openly, which brings us all another step closer to realizing our #NewWork Vision.
