Mickey Mouse.avi is a Creepypasta about a supposed lost Mickey Mouse cartoon. The cartoon, while seemingly just a loop of Mickey walking past some buildings for a few minutes, is found by a Disney executive to be much darker than it originally seemed.
The story can be read here.
To enhance the experience, listen to this.
There have also been four recreations that can be seen here, here, here, and here. The fourth video only shows the first half of the supposed lost cartoon, but two different interpretations of the other half can be seen in these videos. Watch them at your own risk. (Actually, there is something of a small cottage industry in making these videos. Here is a three part compilation of eighteen versions from 2016. Note that these are only complete versions, not condensations, that the compiler may have missed a few, and that there have probably been several new ones since:Part 1, Part 2, Part 3).
When a preschool educational television series is invaded by a malevolent entity, the protagonist, Pibby, escapes into different animated programs only for the entity to transform various cartoon characters into corrupted zombie-like abominations. Along the way, Pibby teams up with a cliché superhero sidekick, Alloy Boy, and a Disney-style villainess, Melira to fight back against the entity. Although none of them are traditional heroes, they along with many others have to learn to work together to save the multiverse.
Pibby (also known as Come and Learn with Pibby! and Learning with Pibby: Apocalypse) is an upcoming American adult animated television series created and developed by Dodge Greenley, the screenwriter of Nickelodeon series Sanjay and Craig and Pinky Malinky. Set in a fictionalized multiverse encompassing cartoons from the Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network library, the series will focus on three cartoon characters who must unite forces as an eldritch glitch-like entity begins to transform iconic characters into corrupted zombie-like abominations.[1][2]
A concept trailer, animated by the Mexican studio Mighty Animation, was released on the Adult Swim YouTube channel on October 30, 2021.
