FIX Star Citizen Error 19000 - Account Login Failed [SOLVED]
In today’s video, I’m sharing a super frustrating issue I ran into in Star Citizen — Error Code 19000. If you’ve seen this error popping up and blocking your login, you’re definitely not alone.
I know how annoying it is when you just want to jump into the game but get stuck at the launcher. That’s why I wanted to show you the exact steps I followed that finally worked for me. It’s simple, and you don’t need to reinstall the game or mess with complicated settings.
✅ Here’s what I did to fix Error 19000 in Star Citizen:
Logged out of the launcher completely
Closed any background processes using Task Manager
Opened the RSI website in an incognito browser window
Logged in and checked email for the authentication code
Entered the code in the incognito window and selected “1 Day” (not “current session only”)
After that, I was able to log in and start the game without issues
