You can use Cell Styles to modify the default style applied to an entire workbook. To do this just go to Home and click on Cell Style which is located in the Styles group. Right-click on Normal and click Modify from the list of options and the Style dialog box will appear. Click the Format button and the Format Cells dialog box will appear. Make the changes that you would like to be applied to the Normal style of your workbook, click OK, and then click OK in the Style dialog box. Now the default style of every cell within your workbook will be changed. It is useful to simply think of the Normal style as the default setting for your workbook.
