How to submit your transcript to Apple Podcasts
Apple Podcasts can use a custom podcast transcript (SRT or VTT) you've generated on your hosting provider, as long as it's linked in your RSS feed. This is the only way to have speaker labels displayed in the Apple Podcasts listening app.
