Buildtober day: 9 Masks!
I am participating in buildtober 2023! using the phobia prompt list provided by ilauser.art.
Todays phobia is Masklophobia. a phobia I certainly wouldn't want to have with halloween right around the corner, I mean it would suck having to get a heart attack every time you open the door on the 31st- or maybe people with this phobia barricade themselves inside till daylight comes.
In all seriousness, I can see why this phobia exists as I thought masks were pretty creepy too as a kid, mainly ceramic or porcelain masks that were really realistic, those freaked me out. In that childhood memory, I decided to build the building where most of my mask-oriented memories lie, in a small mask shop that used to be around Monterey California wharf of shop lineups.
