Construction has been a massive part of the transition for mid-size investors and there's a lot of questions around the capital, how the debt works right now, what people can expect when they are looking to apply for this type of financing and much more, so we wanted to bring on Kunj to help answer these questions while having an open discussion about the current state of the Canadian real estate market from the side of a lender.
