Only one Airbnb property is a recipe for disaster!
Buying your first Airbnb is amazing but if you aren't planning on buying a second short term rental you could be headed for disaster or at least a not so fun inconvenience. Having two Airbnbs or more is essential for when, not if, one is out of service for some reason. I have two great examples of when our cabins have been out of service for long periods of time and why it was great to have that other stream of income.
