About the presenter:
Simon Dolphin, Chartered Engineer, works as an Advisor in the Building Standards Advisory Unit in the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. Simon joined the Department of Housing in 2018 and his responsibilities include Parts A, D and E of the Building Regulations, legacy defect issues and the Construction Products Regulation. He represents the Department on a wide range of National Standard Authority of Ireland committees.
