I decided to experiment and used mouline stranded cotton in macrame.
You will need:
mouline stranded cotton in two colours of your choice, as well as white macramé rope 2 mm thick. It is possible to use mouline stranded cottons, but I did not have white threads at that moment.

The finished size of the snowflake is 10 cm in diameter.
