D3vil idlers, Belt Clips and X motor ... Ender3 V3 KE Part 3 ... HOW TO
Noticed that some KE printers has this issue with the belt rubbing against the right side block , the eason is the metal X carraige is not alligned in parallel with the x axis extrusion. so when the toolhead comes all the way to the right ( for those who use the whole bed size) ...you will notice it will touch.
also changing the bearing with my D3vil teethed idlers (Thank you @POWGE_official ) , will allow me to test and see how it will effect the quality and ringing ( VFA ) of belt teeth pattern.
I changed the belt with my D3vil 7.8mm belt from POWGE and the motor to 2504AC from @ldomotors to go faster at a later stage in the tuning process... ( not needed fo everyone) so please dont go this way if you dont need to .
The belt clips are V1 ... its a prototype , for those who wish to change the belt and dont want to be stuck with Creality's belts. its been working nice since i installed them ... since over 2 weeks ago.
