Can This Replace A Forehand In Disc Golf?

I've tried multiple times to learn a forehand and it has always ended with my shoulder or elbow being in pain. I do recommend learning one if you are limber enough and athletic enough to do so. I also recommend learning how to safely throw a disc in all aspects of disc golf, warm up and if it hurts don't do it. For this reason I have leaned on my anhyzer and roller shots to all but replace a forehand in my game. Hopefully this video will help you guys learn the basics of an anhyzer and roller.
