Deciding to finally retire is a huge decision. It can also be very scary. Today we outline 3 reasons you shouldn't wait to retire. I often find that people work longer than they need to, despite the fact that waiting too long to retire can negatively impact your retirement. There are a number of reasons why you may postpone retirement - you might worry that you don't have enough money put away. You might simply be very comfortable with your day to day work at that point and not considering the value of each day. You might worry about the loss of identity from no longer being associated with your chosen career. Whatever the reason - putting off retirement can cost you some of the greatest joys of your life.
