Instant-Pot Beef Tongue Tacos
Tacos de Lengua, or Beef Tongue Tacos, is one of my family's favorite taco meat! Preparing them in the Instant Pot is a significant timesaver, but they can also be prepared on the stovetop. The cooking time can take anywhere between 2 1/2 to 3 hours if preparing them on the stovetop.
Ingredients:
1-2 Beef Tongues
1 Medium White Onion
1 Head of Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
2-3 Chile Guajillo
3 Whole Cloves
2 Tbsp Salt ( Divided)
1/2 Cup White or Apple Cider Vinegar
Water to Soak the Tongue and 5-6 Cups of water or Beef Broth to cook the tongue. If preparing it on the stovetop, you may need to add more water as it cooks.
Topping suggestions
Red or White Onion, Cilantro, Avocado, Radishes
