EFAS v5.2 webinar: updated EFAS Formal and Informal Notification Criteria

The webinar had the purpose to introduce the upcoming EFAS v5.2 release. The operational release is foreseen in August; however, EFAS v5.2 is already available in test mode at https://stage.efas.eu/en
