Neverwinter Mod 26: Free insignia powders part 3
Another one for the series. With the new mod, Mod 26: Demonweb Pits, one can now purchase a Legendary insignia pack for 5 Reaper Coins at the Reaper Vendor NPC. This is an easy, quick and (virtually) free way of obtaining these hard to collect insignia powders. You would need 15 of these legendary insignias to make a legendary collar to Mythic. Game on!
