Race City Sauceworks Carolina Reserve Smoked Pepper Sauce Taste Review
A smoked pepper hot sauce from Charlotte, NC (I guess we're known for racing). The sauce is make of smoked chili peppers, vinegar, raisins, garlic, onions, and bourbon, amongst other things. It's low sodium sauce, only 10 milligrams per teaspoon. Robust steak sauce-like flavor, with a much spicier kick than a heinz 57.
