Cannot see BIOS after installing a new Ryzen CPU, RX 580 GPU.
Try to get another GPU, install it instead of the RX 580.
This way, you will be able to enter, see BIOS.
Either get an upgrade for the RX 580 or get an old cheap GPU that will allow you install Windows.
