Also possibly featuring voices of Julius Cole in the intro.

There is no such thing as 'Hotline Roblox 1' video, this video is loosely based from video game Hotline Miami 2, and although yes there were Hotline Miami 1, they didn't make animation from the Hotline Miami 1.
Edit (October 15, 2024) :
After looking at some of the video's comments, there were some claims about the existence of Hotline Roblox 1, I myself discovered this video for the first time in 2021, and there were countless other videos on this channel that become lost media, such as Halloween narrative story driven by "Ben Simon" aka "Ruben Sim".
The music used in this video is “Turbo Killer” by “Carpenter Brut” and "Daisuke" by "El Huervo".
