Now that we have introduced the idea of config files for Linux network configurations, let's talk about how we might build a host config manually. This will include understanding of network configuration items such as CIDR notation, tools (ex. netstat, traceroute) and either the ole way of doing things (ifconfig) or the new way using ip.
