UConnect 8.4 upgrade, not as easy as I thought it would be (2016 Jeep Cherokee)
In this video I'm going to upgrade my craptacular factory stereo for a really nice Uconnect 8.4 Factory unit.
The install was as easy as pie, however the hoops you are made to go through by Jeep just cause you wanted to install a stereo yourself should be considered criminal.
Just another case where you aren't allowed to own what you own
The vLinker MC does work with Jeep and AlphaODB for those who may be looking for this information...so you can save a few dollars compared to other ODB devices (just make sure you upgrade the vLinker MC firmware)
