What is an abstract of title? An abstract of title is only applicable in Oklahoma, Iowa and parts of the Dakotas, so most people don't know what an abstract of title is. Lucky for 47 states they don't need to! I'll explain what an abstract of title is, why it is important, why I personally don't like them and more!
