Accessing Gallery Views and Visitor Activity
Unlock insights into gallery engagement with a comprehensive guide on views and visitors in your Zenfolio account. Navigate to the gallery section to access your folders and galleries, and select the specific gallery you want to analyze. Click on the activity button, and within the overview, find the "views and visitors" section on the left-hand side.
Explore the most-viewed photos within the gallery, understanding the unique visitor count for each image. The visitor list provides email addresses and roles of those who have explored your gallery. Note that visitors are counted if they've provided their email address – either by entering it when visiting or by selecting favorites. Clients and guests added to the gallery also appear in this list upon their visit.
