Every Project Manager manages multiple projects at a time and it can be stressful (or overwhelming) to keep up with all the projects at once without dropping the ball.
I have had to manage over 30+ projects at once and these tips helped me manage them effectively and stress-free.
By applying these tips; I was on top of every activity, and knew the status and performance of all my projects. I felt energized rather than overwhelmed. These are my go-to tips and I call them my 7-Part Process for stress-free project management.
