Mica Basin Chair
I lost one rubber foot on my Mica Basin Chair at trail days, Damascus, because of lots of rain and wet ground. My Big Agnes Mica Basin Chair sunk down in the ground. The ground being soaking wet caused one rubber foot to come off. I emailed Big Agnes customer service, and they sent me one at no cost. I thought that was great customer service.
