Honestly, these are Robots are on the list of my all time favorite Megaman characters. They are the most attention grabbing in each of their respective games when it comes to their RM line up.
As a classic Robotmaster fanatic, I feel like these two would have one of those 'frenemy'/'Fake friends' relationship. Mostly because the two would act like they like each other, but talk behind each other backs when given the chance to. But would still hang out and gossip with each other.
