This quick video shows you how to store your QGIS projects in a postgreSQL database.
It also shows a little of the DB Manager that you can find in the QGIS GUI - a very useful tool! It means you don't have to keep flicking between PGADMIN and QGIS.
QGIS will automatically create the qgis_projects table for you.
