Watatsumi Island 4 Lightning Strike Probe 2 Seelie Compass Puzzle - MOST ANNOYING PUZZLE EVER!
This is probably one of the worst designed puzzle ever by MHY. The 2 electro seelie do not have fixed cycle of rotation. It's kind of like when Mercury and Venus orbits the Sun at their own circular speeds. Anyway, after extensive research and retries, this is the best method I found to solve it! You can bring Beidou to help with applying Electro on yourself. Remember to swap to another Character if you want to sprint around with 0 Electro Status on (if not using Electrogranum).
Some people have also said just leaving their game AFK for a long period of time randomly solves it - almost like when the planets align every 3000 years or so! But be sure to stand in front of one of the pointers, preferably Pointer 1.
