Happy New Year! In this video, I'm showing you how we celebrated New Year's Eve dinner as a family. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and delicious food.
We started the day by packing our clothes to go to my dad's house, where I prepared an amazing dinner. The table was laden with delicious dishes, including smoked turkey, green spaghetti, Hawaiian pasta, mashed potatoes, goat, roast beef, and a bacon-wrapped turkey leg. And for dessert, a City Club cake that was divine! I also made the traditional apple pie.
My brother contributed some delicious KFC chicken and roast beef, and my sister-in-law made refreshing piña coladas that were a total hit.
The dinner was even more special because we shared it with our loved ones, including my brother's in-laws, him and his wife, and of course, my niece, my dad, my sister, my husband, and our two children.
Although we miss my mom, who is now in heaven, we know she was with us. In spirit, smiling and enjoying the joy and love we share as a family.
