WOMEN'S MONTH INGRID ROSARIO
The Bible tells of many women from whom we can learn and be inspired!
This month we will briefly look at some of them and their stories, which serve as examples.
One of them is the Samaritan woman.
In Jesus' time, men were strictly forbidden from speaking to women in public, and even more so for a Jew to speak to a Samaritan woman. In this story, we see a beautiful scene: a thirsty, needy woman, weary of life, who encounters Jesus, who offers her the water of life.
The story of the Samaritan woman teaches us the value of women through the eyes of Jesus.
